Dear all,
Welcome to the ATL discussion group. We wish to inform you about the newest
ATL developments.
The ATL IDE source code has been committed to Eclipse CVS under GMT.
You can view the files at:
ology_Project>
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.gmt/ATL/?cvsroot=Techno
logy_Project.
You can also check them out. Information on how to do this is available at
<http://dev.eclipse.org/cvshowto.html> http://dev.eclipse.org/cvshowto.html.
Since GMT is a technology project, the CVS string is
:pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org:/home/technology.
The modules to check out are:
org.atl.eclipse.adt.builder
org.atl.eclipse.adt.debug
org.atl.eclipse.adt.doc.developer
org.atl.eclipse.adt.doc.user
org.atl.eclipse.adt.editor
org.atl.eclipse.adt.perspective
org.atl.eclipse.adt.wizard
org.atl.eclipse.engine
They are located in org.eclipse.gmt/ATL/.
To be able to compile the IDE, you also need to download MDR and ANTLR jars.
The procedure to do this is detailed in README.txt or plugin
org.atl.eclipse.engine. Once the jars are available to Eclipse (do not
forget to refresh the lib/ folder if you downloaded the file in it outside
of Eclipse) all the linking errors disappear.
We are available to answer any question you might have on the architecture
and design of the IDE.
Yours,
Peter
