"Rien ne se perd, rien ne se crée, tout se transforme."
"Nothing is lost, nothing is created, all is transformed."

"A grand challenge is to establish modelling as the basis of informatics."
-- prof. Robin Milner

Attention, important announcement:

The AtlanMod website has more up-to-date content. However, this website still offers original content (e.g., the online demos available in the ATL TOOLS & DOWNLOAD section).

There has been an important change in the organization of ATL and related software. ATL is now being a standard Eclipse solution for model transformation. With the Borland and the Compuware solutions, ATL is now one major component of the M2M Eclipse project (Model-to-Model).

See:
EMP, the Eclipse Modeling top-level project
or
the Elipse M2M Project.

One of the consequences of this is that all discussions on ATL will now take place on the standard Eclipse M2M newsgroup:
M2M newsgroup.

More information on this migration will be provided later.

ATL : Atlas Transformation Language

ATL (Atlas Transformation Language) has been defined to perform general transformations within the MDA framework (Model Driven Architecture) recently proposed by the OMG.

ATL is available from the ATL Development Tools section of this website or directly from Eclipse/M2M/ATL website.
